The Experience
Experience yoga that is perfectly tailored. Your personal instructor will learn about your goals, health, and any limitations or injuries. Your targeted sessions will include postures designed for your growth, breathwork, and meditation. If desired, hands-on adjustments will help you understand your alignment, and you'll receive feedback to help you progress. Leave each class refreshed, focused, and with take-home poses and breath exercises designed for you to practice in-between sessions. Private yoga sessions allow you to focus on your own needs and goals, witness positive physical changes more quickly, break through plateaus, and receive support through the aspects of yoga that are most challenging to you.
